In short: we do not collect, store, sell or share any of your information. Everything you enter stays on your own device.

Who we are

Asphalt Pro Estimator ("the app") is made by LJM Estimators ("we", "us"). You can contact us at ljmestimators@gmail.com.

What the app does with your information

The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of ours. It works fully offline. Anything you type into it is saved only on your device, in the app's own storage, so that your work is still there next time you open it. This includes:

Tonnage calculator entries, your saved density figures and waste setting, and any calculations you save to the log.
Dip sheets, including client, job and site details, readings, names, dates and the signatures drawn on screen.

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to send it yourself (see below). We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you.

What we do not collect

No personal details, email address, phone number or account.
No location data.
No analytics, tracking, advertising or cookies for tracking.
No access to your camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
No third-party services or SDKs that receive your data.

Sharing your work

If you use Share picture, Download picture or Print on a dip sheet, the app creates the picture or printout on your device and hands it to your phone's own share, download or print feature. Where it goes after that (for example, an email to your office) is up to you and is covered by the privacy policy of the app or service you choose.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete any saved dip sheet or saved calculation inside the app. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes everything it has stored. Because the data lives only on your device, please keep your own copies of important sheets (for example by emailing the picture to yourself).

Children

The app is a work tool for the construction trade and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
